Situated in Newham, East London, the scheme has consent to deliver 24 residential units consisting of 19 private units, 2 shared ownership and 3 affordable rental units. The original building comprises of a 2-storey office block, which will be demolished to make way for the scheme, along with landscaping.
Haydon Construction Services carried out initial Estimating & Cost Planning along with Quantity Surveying, Contract Administrator, Employers Agent and Project Management. Haydon Constriction Services’ scope of work also included an initial feasibility study analysis before progressing into more detailed services.
