Situated in the upscale area of Belgravia, London, the project consists of 3 terrace houses converted into 10 luxury apartments. The works consist of extensive internal demolitions, underpinning, structural alterations and reinforced concrete works, along with a rear, triple-height extension, totalling £2.5m.
Haydon Construction Services were instructed by the client to provide initial Estimating & Cost Planning and BOQ preparation. Once the project progressed, Haydon Construction Services acted as Quantity Surveyors, Employers Agent and Project Managers.
