Phase three of the Kidbrooke Village Centre development includes 960 residential units as well as retail and commercial space, a supermarket, a hotel and a new Kidbrooke Station, following the demolition of existing buildings. Haydon Construction Services provided services for Block E, a 251-unit apartment block which provided a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom, affordable units.
Haydon Construction Services were mainly involved in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying and procurement of high-value construction works. Benchmarking was undertaken to achieve value for money, and report writing was provided to the project owners for the sign-off of large value items.
